An apt-get problem that seems to arise from adding testing and unstable repositories to your sources.list.  This is imported from my KoshLog<ref>[http://www.koshatul.com/2006/03/24/server-updating-and-pie/ Kosh's Web Log - Server Updating and Pie]</ref>

==Fix==

# gpg --keyserver wwwkeys.eu.pgp.net --recv-keys 276981F4
# apt-key add /root/.gnupg/pubring.gpg && apt-get update
</pre>
Just add a list of the "NO_PUBKEY" last 8 characters
